Grip Strut leads the safety grating industry with its versatile, one-piece metal plank design. This product features unique diamond-shaped openings and formed side channels. A heavily serrated, diamond matrix walking surface provides maximum multi-directional slip resistance, significantly enhancing workplace safety. With approximately 35% open area, the grating allows fluids and ice to pass through easily. Customers may request non-serrated surfaces for specific applications.

Widths & Depths

Grip Strut planks come in a broad range of widths and depths to meet various application and load requirements.

Standard widths include:

• 2 Diamond (4 ¾” wide)

• 3 Diamond (7” wide)

• 4 Diamond (9-1/2” wide)

• 5 Diamond (11-3/4” wide)

• 8 Diamond (18-3/4” wide)

• 10 Diamond (24” wide)

Standard channel depths include 1-1/2”, 2”, 2-1/2”, and 3”.

We stock standard lengths of 10’ and 12’, and provide custom lengths upon special request.

How to Order Grip Strut

Materiales

Choose from these material options:

• Pre-galvanized steel, ASTM A924 G90, 14 or 12 gauge

• HRPO uncoated steel, ASTM A1011, 14 or 12 gauge

• 5052-H32 aluminum, ASTM B209, 12 gauge (.080) or 10 gauge (.100)

• 304 or 316L stainless steel, 16 gauge
